The location of this property was amazing for access to the big and little cottonwood canyons. The property itself was clean and bright with adequate amenities for cooking at home. A little disappointed in the cleanliness of the community hot tub, but the bathtub in the property was massive and super clean which made up for it.Check in and check out process were very easy. Lots of places for shopping nearby.

the place was very nice and bright, as pictured, and Dave is a very responsive host! it’s in a great location close to skiing and shops/restaurants.one thing to be aware of is that the unit sits over 3 garages so you definitely hear garage doors opening and closing which can be problematic if you are a light sleeper! the hot tub is small but very sweet!

Very comfortable

Really great place. Well stocked with anything you would need. Comfortable furniture and bed. Nice to sit on the balcony and drink coffee in the morning. Covered parking space was nice to have, albeit a little tight if you have a larger vehicle.

I loved staying here! It's a good location and the apartment is nice. This doesn't have a secondary lock so I used a portable lock. The water heater needs maintenance, it was loud and kept me up at night. So I just stopped using the hot water at night. The neighbors were nice too!

Could have been great

Could have been great but rugs were worn & dirty. The bathroom shower curtain and rug had not been washed, uncomfortable to have someone else’s dirt under your feet in bathroom & no bath matt to step out on! Also pots & pans were so old & worn out the non stick was non existent so we dare not cook on it, which made it very inconvenient. It was a good location! unfortunately seemed like no one has taken the time to inspected & touch up or replace items that are dirty or no longer are useable. When we extended the dinning table the surface was also really dirty. The desk top surface was peeling off so had to be cautious of splinters. The host communicated well but I thought his suggestion for me to throw the dirty items in the wash was inappropriate . Other Airbnb’s just send someone over if there is something that needs attention. The host did send over a new hair dryer because the existing one was not working well, Along with a few other items but it took days and was just inconvenient.
