WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY and MOTION-IMPAIRED ACCESSIBILITY:

Like many ocean-to-river beach homes in this area, to enter the primary living areas on Level 2, one must climb stairs. This second level contains kitchen, dining, living room/family room, bathroom, plus two partitioned bedrooms,. To reach bedrooms on levels 3 and 4, yet more stairs must be climbed.
