Arguably the most convenient location in Charleston! This vibrant 1970’s bungalow is just 5 minutes from downtown and 8 miles from Folly Beach. Walking distance to a shopping center with grocery store, restaurants, bars, coffee shop, gas station, and bank! The home offers 2 queen bedrooms and a room with a twin XL over queen bunk bed, great for kids and comfortable for adults, so everyone has a cozy spot. The fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with tub, and screen porch provide all the comforts of home + local artwork, noteworthy books, and eclectic trinkets from around the world. The fenced-in backyard is perfect for kids to play safely.

The convenience of this location can’t be beat: 2 miles to MUSC, 2.8 miles to King Street shopping, and 8 miles to Folly Beach, 1.3 miles to local music venue, the Charleston Pour House, 6 miles to Johns Island.

The house is located on a quiet street, local traffic only. Tons of tiny frogs in the yard. Catching them makes for great entertainment for kids (and adults!)

Note: This home is a duplex, my mother lives next door with her friendly blue heeler named Blue —he loves kids and might ask to join in the fun, though the yards are securely separated.

We were in Charleston for a tax conference and decided to take the hubby and kiddos along. We found the casita online and loved it! It was such a cozy place to stay in. Clean and great location. Our host was very nice. We will definitely consider staying there again, if we are ever in SC again!

This was perfect! 5 minutes to downtown Charleston, all on one floor (we are 3 seniors). Bedrooms were good sized with closet space and the beds were very comfortable. Galley kitchen is laid out well and there is a washer and dryer. Cute little screened porch and lovely back yard although we didn't use either of those. We were delighted with the accommodations and would definitely stay there again!

Quiet area but still super fast to get downtown, super clean and cozy. We had 5 people that easily spaced out amongst the 3 bedrooms. Jessica was wonderful with instructions and communication! Highly recommend.

Gigi and Gramps camp

Grand daughter wanted to visit College of Charleston, check out Folly Beach, and do the outer Banks boat tour. Perfect location for all of those activities. Loved the house. Enjoyed the screened in porch. Appreciated the lightly stocked kitchen with a few basics, the Brita filter, extras in the bathroom, and phone chargers. Very thoughtful add ons. Decor was very fun. Great art work and fun books! Also enjoyed the next door dog! Thanks for a great stay!
