Experience the perfect stay in this cozy studio, nestled in the heart of Broad Brook. You'll be conveniently close to local restaurants, the Opera House, and just a short drive from Bradley International Airport, Hartford, CT, and Springfield, MA. Plus, we're pet-friendly! Enjoy direct access to Mill Pond and easy ground-level entry. There are no added cleaning fees, your comfort is our priority. A portion of your stay will be donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

The Space:
This apartment is the perfect place for couples to relax and reconnect. The living space is cozy, yet functional with a queen bed, a small sitting area, and a designated workspace. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up simple meals with a bistro table for two. You also have your own private, full bath with a standup shower.

Guest Access:
You'll have the entire studio to yourself. The apartment is located on the first floor of the house and has its own private entrance. The backyard and pond is a shared space for all guests to enjoy.

What a lovely studio!! Checking in and out was so easy. The studio looks just like the pictures. The hosts had everything there that one would need except an iron/board. Quaint little town with limited dining choices but many options near by. We will definitely use this place again.

An easy drive from Bradley airport, this studio is excellently located in a small community off the “main drag” between Hartford and Springfield. It is an easy walk, just past the idyllic and scenic millpond, to the Broad Brook Opera House. All the amenities were there even dog bowls and plenty of Dunkin’ coffee. (It is New England and they love their Dunkin’ coffee.) Nice and clean. Directions were excellent. Parking was never an issue. Would stay again.

The studio itself is beautiful and functional. An iron needs to be added, though. The outside is another story. The building looks as though it’s poor housing. No walkway to the unit (maybe a few larger pavers would work). Glad I checked in during daylight; nighttime would be concerning.

Apartment in a region underserved by high-quality hotels

We were very happy to find an apartment that was just a three-minute drive to our daughter’s house. The apartment was very clean. We bought paper cups and plates to minimize hand washing of dishes. Turning on the heat was very different from what we are used to, but my husband figured it out.

We are next door to the famous Broad Brook Opera House and within walking distance to restaurants and a Dollar General, making this cozy studio perfect for anyone who may not have a vehicle for the duration of their stay.
