Casa Manta Ray, Unique Oceanfront home!
Oceanfront 2 story, 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home perched on a hill with a staircase leading down to the beach! Enjoy the spectacular views from the infinity pool or relaxing in the shade in the expansive outdoor living room.

THE SPACE:
3 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms including:
• a main floor principle bedroom with a queen size bed and an attached bathroom.
• Second bedroom- downstairs, with a queen size bed.
• Third bedroom- downstairs with 3 twin sized beds (bunk bed)
• The downstairs bathroom is jack-and-jill style between the two bedrooms.
All bedrooms have air-conditioning and fans
• Gourmet kitchen with a large island and dining table
• Large indoor living room with desk space
• Large covered outdoor living room with ocean and pool views
• Infinity pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean
• Outdoor seating
• Outdoor grill and sink
• Outdoor shower
• WIFI + on demand water heater
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Guests have access to all of the property, with the exception of the caretakers' house + owners closet, storage & equipment areas
A 4x4 car is recommended during rainy season (May-august) but not necessarily required. No steep hills/mountains but the last 1-2 km are dirt and can get muddy/bumpy. We have a large driveway for parking.
The friendly caretakers, Eveling and Marcos, live in a Casita on site and are available to help with guests' needs. Cooking and cleaning services can be provided for your group with an additional cost.
There are also 3 very friendly dogs who love when guests visit! If you would prefer them not to interact with your group please let the caretakers know.

Our stay at this beach home in Nicaragua was outstanding. The first thing that grabs you is the setting—the ocean stretches out in front of you, and every evening the sunsets put on a show. The architecture of the home and the art displayed throughout make this a unique property unlike any other you will find. One of the highlights of our trip was Eveling’s dinners. Do not skip them. Every meal was prepared with local flair, and each night felt like part of the vacation experience rather than just dinner. Marcos and Eveling were ideal hosts—available whenever we needed something, but never intrusive.The property feels secluded and private, making it especially well suited for couples looking to relax. The pool is cleaned daily and offers a welcome respite from the heat of the day. A practical tip: bring plenty of sunscreen. The sun here is intense.We rented a car and highly recommend stopping in Jinotepe or Diriamba for groceries before heading in. If possible, take the route over the mountain when leaving the airport—it is more scenic and enjoyable. The roads were totally safe, similar to driving in Costa Rica. Close to the coast there is a brand new road that Google Maps doesn’t know exists, take a left at the new roundabout (maybe 1/2 mile before Google Maps said to turn), this shaves about 20 minutes off of the drive. This is the kind of place where the views, the privacy, and the hospitality come together to create a memorable stay. Can’t wait to come back!

The roofline is inspired by a flying Manta Ray; the architecture is one of a kind with several outdoor covered areas and hammocks. The views from the kitchen, pool and outdoor living areas are stunning! It’s not uncommon to see wild horses or cows walking the beach at sunrise and sunset. The decor and artwork is fit for a museum which adds to the intrigue of the home!
