House, in secure residence, private access to the beach, air conditioning, Air-conditioned beachfront villa in secure residence with private access to the beach. Apartment has a small suntrap garden, terrace, lounge/kitchen, 2 bedrooms, Bathroom with WC, sink and shower plus separate WC on 1st floor. Fantastic views of the beach and the town of Sete. Property sleeps 6 with 1 double bedded room, 1 bedroom with large bunk beds. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge. Fully equipped kitchen with Washing Machine, Dish Washer, Fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, grill, coffee machine toaster & full set of kitchen utensils. Crockery and cutlery for 8 people. Superb stylish 1st floor terrace furniture with seating for 6 people. Garden and ground floor terrace with 2 sun loungers and 2 beach chairs. Large covered parking area. Easy walking distance to many shops, bars and restaurants, with some within 100m. Hire of water sport equipment easily available on several places along the beach. Free secure WiFi
Rental price includes bed linen and 1 towel per guest.
Saturday to Saturday reservations preferred although others days will be considered on a case by case basis.

Kleines Reihenhaus direkt am Strand

Das Haus von Graham liegt direkt hinter der Düne in einer kleinen, ruhigen Residenz mit eigenem Strandzugang zum Plage Robinson. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Es ist ausreichend groß für vier Leute. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Emplacement idéal

Un emplacement à quelques pas de la plage et un peu a l'écart de la zone des boutiques/restos (mais qui restent neanmoins à proximité). Un logement avec tout le confort nécessaire et avec une superbe vue depuis la terrasse et la chambre. Séjour farniente pour nous, exactement ce qu'il nous fallait !

Nettes Häuschen direkt am Strand

Wir haben hier drei schöne Wochen verbracht. Die Wohnung ist einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, auch der angrenzende Campingplatz stört die Ruhe nicht. Das Zentrum ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Lage direkt am Strand haben wir sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und die Betreuung vor Ort waren super.

Very pleasant family vacation with the best location

The proximity to the beach is very nice in every way. A big thank you to Nicole for the warm welcome. The house is well thought out and has enough space for two adults with two children. Everything was available and we lacked nothing. The campground across the street did not bother us. There are many attractions in the vicinity and the nearby amusement park was a great experience for the children. Overall, a very good stay that I can recommend to everyone. We bought this property after spending many years enjoying family holidays in Marseillan Plage. We love the quite location but also the easy access to the bustling holiday town that is 10-15 mins walk around a lovely port. We love the beach but also the many local attractions and amenities. We love to visit Mareillan, Sete, Agde and Cap'd Agde
