Located approximately 5-10 minutes away from Harrison Bay lake, and Bear Trace golf course. Enjoy being 20 minutes from downtown Chattanooga with the peace and quiet of the woods. (Please note that there are UNMONITORED AUDIO/VIDEO security cameras located on each door of the property, solely for security and liability purposes.)

We love hosting in our home we have lived in for 26 years. We raised our twin boys here and it was always the fun house to hang out at and make fun memories. Now that our boys are almost 25 and flown the coop our joy now comes from sharing our home with others to enjoy special times together while making great memories.

We live on 5 acres the serenity is so peaceful and beautiful and the privacy is the absolute best.

What makes this property unique

5 acre lot, many great amenities with so much to do. The pool is THE BEST with lots of great seating etc. Great game room, PS 5 gaming system. Our home is very spread out with lots of space for many guests to have plenty of room without being cramped . GREAT LOCATION!!
