Riverfront Weston Home-1 Hr to NYC.Easy access to restaurants, I-95 & Parkway
You would love living in this waterfront, serene space - will make you forget all worries and recharge. Sip a favorite drink sitting on your own deck with river view or on a bench next to the river-watch ducks swim by. It’s a 225 year old house. Almost all the wooden structure is the original wood.
59 minutes from NYC, home on almost 2 acres. Close to downtown Westport, route 15 and I-95. Almost all of the Weston houses have 2 acres or more land, worth over a million dollars. Surrounded by many large estates, golf courses, parks.
Structure and the layout of the house reflects the era of close knit families in cosy rooms.

I could not reach the owner before I came. The email that gave me the code to get in did not include the WiFi password. I had to drive down the road to get a signal. I didn't hear from the owner until I left the next day. Aside from that, the place was small, not bad, clean, but a bit run down, especially outside. The stairs to the deck were scary, and I am not sure the security code is very secure.
My family stayed one night for a college graduation. I contacted the host weeks before. He said there was a mirror in both bathrooms and one bedroom. I also asked if there was a hairdryer plus all the amenities that were listed onsite. We checked in to a smell of cooked chicken. There was no mirror in half bath(mirror in the kitchen which was a shelf)and couldn't be used for hair and makeup. When you looked up on the ceiling tiny bugs. Toaster oven broke ,no hair dryer, no shampoo and no Ac which was all posted. It was a hot May day. I emailed host as soon as we checked in. No response. So upset trying to get college girls ready for a graduation. VRBO was no help with the complaints since I didn't take pictures. Not sure how to take pictures showing no shampoo,Ac or hairdryer???? Not happy with our stay.
