Relax in our large family room with a 75" TV, cook in our well-equipped kitchen, or kick back on our front & back porch with views of the beautiful neighborhood. There are over 50 tall pine trees on our property and a fenced backyard. Three Bedrooms of the four are on the main floor. BBQ or the gas oven/cooktop will offer you the cooking space to enjoy your delicious meals. Comfort and tranquility are the top priority for your cabin experience in the tall pines. It will feel just like home.

We live both in the Phoenix valley area and at our new cabin. When not there we visit the family farm in North Dakota. We are retired and enjoy our season tickets at LV Raider games.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood consists of 1/2 acre or full acre or even larger cabin lots. All cabin lots are well maintained and full of very tall ponderosa pines. There is a feeling of safety & peacefulness in this neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
Our property size is approximately a 1/2 acre, with fenced in yard, front & back porch, and high ceiling add to the open space feel. There is over 50 pine trees on our cabin lot. Bedrooms feature 1 king, 2 queen, and 2 twin size beds. Plenty of comfortable seating in living room for watching our 75 inch TV programs.
