This House and Garden are the largest within Parc Oasis, a 33 acre secure residential park. It offers internal space of 85 square metres plus 70 square metres of wrap-around Terrace all set in a well-planted garden of 600 square metres.

One Double Bedroom offers a King-Size Double Bed (206cm x 188cm); the further two Double Bedrooms each offer Twin Single Beds. All Bedrooms are provided with duvets, sheets, pillows and towels. All bedrooms have French Doors opening onto the Terrace. There is also a Sofa Bed in the Lounge.

The separate Kitchen is fully equipped with a Fridge-Freezer, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Oven & Hob, Microwave, Toaster and Coffee Maker, and is well stocked with crockery, glasses and utensils. Fast fibre broadband Internet access, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. There is a small safe for valuables and a hair-dryer.

On the shaded Terrace there is a table seating 8 people and a range of chairs and sun-loungers. The Private Pool is accessed directly from the Terrace.

There is stair-free Disabled Access from the road up onto the Terrace.

There is plenty of dedicated Parking space next to the House.

Perfect holiday location

We loved the house and the beautiful garden. Sitting on the terrace was a pleasure and the surrounding villages and beaches are great. Tout était parfait pour passer des vacances inoubliables et reposants.

Great property with wonderful outside spaces

We were slightly anxious about visiting the South of France at peak time and peak temperatures but this villa proved to be a really good choice. It’s elevated above the coast and has amazing trees providing shade. The pool is great for cooling down.If you want sun there is always some you can access in the garden. Kitchen is well equipped and the rooms a good size. I have no hesitation in recommending it.

Geweldige locatie, super huisje, heel lieve gastcrouw

Drie weken in deze prachtige chalet verbleven samen met mijn gezin, mijn zus en haar echtgenoot. De foto’s in de advertentie liegen er niet om, alles is even mooi in het echt. Top locatie. Helemaal achterin in het vakantiepark, wat ervoor zorgt dat je complete rust hebt. Communicatie met gastvrouw verliep heel vlot. Buurman verzorgt het onderhoud van het zwembad en het terras, ook bij hem konden we steeds terecht met vragen. Zwembad is zeker een meerwaarde. Geen enkele opmerking, alles was geweldig!

Tolle Lage in einem außergewöhnlichen Haus

Die Holzhaussiedlung ist in optimaler Lage für diverse Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer. Die einladende Terrasse bietet viel Platz für gemütliche Abende. Die Nachbarn sind sehr hilfsbereit. Der Pool war noch ein bisschen kalt.

Wohlfühlambiente

immer im September freuen wir uns auf dieses wunderschöne Haus mit seiner großen einladenden Terrasse, Liegen, eine kleine Sitzecke, Stühle, Tisch, alles ist vorhanden. Wir fühlen uns dort sehr wohl und die Vermieter Jane und Robert sind sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Die Anreise und Abreise und die Betreuung vor Ort sind perfekt geregelt. ein schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir kommen öfters in dieses Haus und fühlen uns dort sehr wohl. Eine kleine Aufwertung der großen Terrasse mit Lounge-Möbeln wäre schön. Dann wäre die Terrasse auch viel gemütlicher. Die Vermieter sind super nett und sehr entgegenkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Spokojna oaza w pięknej okolicy

Sympatyczny dom na bardzo spokojnym osiedlu. Cisza, ładna przyroda, dużo miejsca na zewnątrz, atrakcyjny taras. Dom dla 8 osób tylko jeśli jest to bliska rodzina. W innym wypadku dla maksymalnie 6 osób. Bardzo pozytywne wrażenia. Polecam.

Our family likes this charming place and the owners take very good care of it. It is in a quiet location (though occasionally there is some noise, laughter and music from the Azur Park - people having fun, all acceptable).

Gute Ausgangsposition

Objekt liegt gut für Ausflüge zu machen. Viele schöne Strände in der Nähe. Jedoch ist alles nur mit Auto erreichbar. Die Anlage in dem das Ferienhaus liegt ist zwar schön, könnte aber besser gepflegt sein. Auch ist es schade das der Pool und das Restaurant nicht mehr in Betrieb sind. Das Ferienhaus ist leider nicht so sauber, wie man erwarten könnte. Das Highlight ist die große Terasse. Ansonsten fehlt es im Haus an nichts. Im großem und ganzen hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub.

DIE Unterkunft!

Das Haus und die Umgebung sind genau geeignet für Personen, die sich tagsüber an unzähligen tollen Stränden und nahe gelegenen, sehr gepflegten Dörfern erfreuen möchten und am Abend und in der Nacht ab von jedem Lärm in der Oase des Parks gut schlafen möchten. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und die Terrasse, die beinahe rund ums Haus geht, ist einfach umwerfend.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison. L'environnement est très calme. La maison est bien placée par rapport aux sites touristiques du Var. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Ruheoase mit grosser Terrasse

Das schöne Holzchalet beeindruckt mit der riesigen teilweise überdachten Terrasse . Gemütlich eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Das Haus liegt ganz oben im Park herrlich ruhig. Es verfügt auch über eine Klimaanlage, ideal bei sehr heissen aber auch kühlen Tagen. Wir haben wundervolle, erholsame Tage dort verbracht und werden gerne wiederkommen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und in allem behilflich. Auch sehr entgegenkommend in dieser schwierigen ...Coronazeit.... Von uns dafür nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön .

Traumhaftes Haus in bester Lage

Das wunderschöne Holzhaus mit seiner riesigen Veranda ist toll eingerichtet und es fehlt wirklich an Nichts. Das Küchengeschirr ist vielfältig und es gibt ausreichend Gläser, Tassen, Teller, Besteck etc. in unterschiedlichen Größen und Varianten. Wir waren im Juni dort und eigentlich waren wir nur zum Schlafen und Kochen drinnen. Der große Holztisch auf der überdachten Veranda ist das Herzstück, hier wurde gegessen, gespielt oder einfach nur der immer leichte Sommerwind im Schatten der Pinien und die herrliche Ruhe bei einer Tasse Kaffee genossen. Die Lage es Hauses ist ideal, um (mit dem Auto) die schönsten Ziele rund um die Halbinsel von St-Tropez in aller Regel in max. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Allein wegen des Hauses würden wir wiederkommen. Ein Hinweis: wenn man mit kleinen Kindern kommt, muss man bedenken, dass der Holzboden auf der Veranda unbehandelt ist. Unser Tochter hatte nach dem Krabbeln/Barfußlaufen oft kleine Holzsplitter in Knien/Füßen.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und völlig ausreichend auch für 7 Personen.

Wir waren mit 7 Personen im Juli 2018 da. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz für alle. Über die super Klimaanlage haben wir uns sehr gefreut , da es schon mal etwas wärmer wurde. Leider war das Haus nicht so sauber wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Und es gibt in dem Park auch keinen Pool mehr bzw. es ist leer . Das war sehr enttäuschend. Gerne hätten wir uns abends in dem Pool abgekühlt und auch mal was getrunken an der Bar.

We live in the south west of England and have visited the St Tropez area regularly for 45 years.

Why they chose this property

As a base to explore this very special part of the Var, our House offers plenty of personal space and modern amenities and represents excellent value for money.

This is particularly true while Parc's large communal swimming pool is out of commission. This will be disappointing for some while others will be happy to make the short journey to miles of sandy beaches.

What makes this property unique

Parc Oasis is an established, gated residential and leisure park. Our House is set in its own large garden in a quiet, secluded location at the top of the Parc with woodland in front and behind. The House was built by our family in 2001 to our own detailed specification. It is the largest House in the Parc and benefits from a raised terrace on all sides of the House. The Garden features a mix of tall umbrella pines, cork oak, olive, palm and cypress trees and a selection of shrubs.
