This information was also provided in your check-in instructions sent three days prior to your arrival! We pride ourselves on being available at all times for our guests and always do our best to reply in a timely manner. We sincerely apologize you overlooked the message. We also would have been more than happy to replace the bathmats during your stay. Please do not ever hesitate to reach out, as we are always in the business of improving! We're glad to hear you found the property clean, well-furnished, and comfortable overall. We're sorry, though, to hear that noise and air transfer from neighboring units impacted your stay. While some building limitations like wall insulation are unfortunately out of our direct control, your comments are helpful, and we’ll be passing them along to the HOA for further evaluation. Regarding the pool access, we apologize for any confusion. Your message about the main pool came in around 9:00 PM, after pool hours, and we responded first thing the next morning at 8:30 AM. We’ll be updating our check-in instructions to include pool access information more clearly in the future to help avoid this issue for other guests.
