Met expectations

There for just 2 nights and it was just as expected. The property was as advertised, clean and modest. The neighborhood was as expected a little rough (a couple of abandoned houses on the block) but quiet. We never felt unsafe. There is little foot traffic on the street. Parking is tight on Beaumont Ave, but that is everywhere in Philly. We used the kitchen, and everything worked. It was more than ok for the price.
