Excellent option for an extended family gathering! Lots of room for everyone and the pool kept the kids busy. The home was very thoughtfully designed and decorated to make sure everyone was comfy. There were LOTS of throw blankets!

Hi Brittany, Thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the pool during your stay. I understand how important it was to your experience, and I sincerely apologize if it didn’t meet your expectations. That said, I’d like to clarify for future guests that the pool is professionally cleaned and serviced twice a week, and it was serviced the day prior to your arrival. At the time of check-in, there were no reports of issues from our maintenance team. As soon as I received your message, I reached out, apologized personally, and even spoke with you by phone to make things right. I offered a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, even though the condition you described was not consistent with our regular maintenance records or guest history. We always strive to provide a 5-star experience, and we regret this wasn’t your impression. However, I want to reassure future guests that we take cleanliness and communication very seriously and are committed to addressing concerns immediately when brought to our attention. Warm regards, Romi
