Great home just the neighborhood is a little iffy. Everything in the house you could possibly need. Place was spotless. Yanni was excellent to work with.

DO NOT PLAN THIS TRIP IF YOU ARE YOUNG!! Me and my friends planned to stay here for the weekend and got caught into false advertisement. The place itself is beautiful…. The area is not. The neighborhood is right next to a jail and the area is very sketchy. Nicest house in the neighborhood, with that being said, you are very noticeable. Once we got there neighbors and Ubers told us that the back door does not lock and we should not fall asleep. They told us if we could find another place before dark, that we should leave asap. We did not end up staying the weekend here and the host was not understanding and we got no refund at all! If you are parent or college student or younger please do not let your kids stay here.

We’re sorry you felt uncomfortable, but we would like to clarify a few important points for future guests. The home has a security system and 24/7 exterior monitoring, and we have never had a safety incident at the property. The back door does lock properly, so we’re unsure how an Uber driver or neighbors could have determined otherwise without inspecting the home. The guests chose to leave based on recommendations and opinions from third parties, not because of an incident at the property. We understood their concerns, but the home had been reserved exclusively for them and unavailable to other guests for that weekend. For that reason, we could not provide a full refund simply because they decided not to stay. We respect every guest’s decision about where they feel comfortable, but we also believe it’s important that future guests have the full context.

Communication and cleanliness were top notch. The home is not in the typical college area, but it was close enough and had exterior gates with awesome security system. Bring paper towels.
