Amazing property near frio river.

Pool and hot tub kept the family busy for most of the trip, awesome layout having 6 seperate rooms with their own private entry and bathrooms. House is perfect for someone hosting a large gathering.

Perfect house for a big group. It has six separate rooms like a small motel and a common kitchen/livingroom/dinning room. It has a huge patio and a beautiful pool area with a bar and outdoor TV. We loved it. Even got to watch a preseason game out by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

We had a great time! There was ample space for our family to hang out together in the common areas but also have our own private spaces in the separate bedrooms. All areas were very clean upon arrival and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The pool was very clean and enjoyable. We enjoyed watching the many deer around the property. There were plenty of room and pool towels, but very few washcloths. Check-in and check-out were very simple. The hosts were very accommodating and communication was quick and easy. The only downside was that we were not able to use the dishwasher, but it would not deter us from returning.
