About Kristina Laftman
We are a Swedish family who fell in love with France and especially Sainte-Maxime. The house was built in 2007 and we were the first owners. We use the house for holidays and are happy to rent it to other people when we are not able to use it our self.

The house has everything you need for a great vacation. The pool in the garden makes it easy to keep both the children and the adults happy! When you are tired of the pool you can easily walk the 250 meters down to the sandy beaches. The house is very comfortable with a great kitchen and a nice living room with a direct access to the terrace and the garden. With two separate bathrooms and two separate toilets, it easy for even two families to stay at the same time.

Fantastic holiday in a lovely villa !
The villa exceeded our expectations, it is in a great location next to the beach at la nartelle . We ate at the beach restaurants and all were really nice and the staff were very helpful . Prao was our favourite !! There is also a lovely cafe or terrasse a 10 min walk away which we went to most mornings to get our baguettes.
We fell in love with Saint Maxime and did the 7 minute drive to the port , loads of restaurants , boulangerie and fantastic market many times. Kristina was extremely helpful and recommended the ferry to Saint Tropez which was also really good and a lot quicker in peak season.
The villa itself was really clean and had all the amenities we needed. The tv has no English channels but we took dvds for my little boy to watch. The villa is really family friendly and Kristina was really efficient and helpful when I was asking her LOTS of questions before our visit.
The gated community also makes it feel really safe and the neighbours were really friendly.
Overall I would really recommend this villa it’s great for exploring the region but also has a few nice bars and restaurants within walking distance if you fancy a nice glass of local wine.

Relaxing holiday in quiet location
A welcoming chilled bottle of wine was waiting for us on arrival. Very clean and well maintained property. Close proximity to the beach. We had a small problem with both the air conditioning and the pool cover but they were dealt with very quickly by the local contact lady. Easy access to scuba diving and jet skiing. The free weeks wifi ran out after 2 days so if you have teenagers be prepared to pay for a top up.
Lovely villa in a great location
We had a wonderful time and particularly enjoyed the pool and garden. Local beach was excellent and don't miss a trip to the Verdon Gorge.

Séjour agréable dans quartier calme
La maison est très propre et la cuisine bien équipée en ustensiles. Les draps et serviettes sont fournis, ce qui est un plus. Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps dans la piscine, un vrai plaisir. La mer et la plage sont proches. Par contre, nous n'avons pas su faire fonctionner la climatisation, quelques indications auraient été appréciées. Ste Maxime est une ville très agréable avec beaucoup de commerces et de restaurants. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cette location.

Schöner großer Pool, großer Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Schlüsselübergabe sehr unkompliziert.
Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen und können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Location
The best beaches are to the west of Ste Maxime and in particular, La Nartelle which is only 250 meters away from the villa. You can choose between several commercial “Plages” or a large public beach. At the beach there are possibilities to rent Jet Ski, pedal boats and windsurfing equipment. The nice restaurants are open both daytime and in the evening. There are also activities for the young.
The surroundings is characterized by beautiful soft hills. Tennis, golf and boat excursions are attractive activities nearby. The nearest golf course is within only 5 minutes by car and several others within 15-45 minutes.
The charmy town Sainte-Maxime has an old and picturesque centre, with pedestrian streets, small shops and plenty of restaurants. The local market hall offers everything you possible can desire.
Famous and popular Saint Tropez is only 20 minute by ferry from the port. From St Tropez you can also get boats further southwest.
