Property was in a very walkable area and was perfect for our needs. Grocery store and several restaurants nearby. The unit was very clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. Only drawback was a small bathroom, but it sufficed. Communication was initially difficult only because we booked through Orbitz but all the owner's messages came through VRBO and the two systems don't communicate with each other. Once he figured out that he needed to text us all the information, Victor was very easy to work with. Would definitely stay again.

Good location for LA vacation

Good clean location. Kids enjoyed having their own room and their own TV. Unit is cute and has games that the family enjoyed. Owner was responsive and polite. Unit is upstairs. It's easier to find street parking if you have a car. We were in a huge minivan.

Great LB stay

Location is good, quiet neighbourhood, friendly residents, clean unit with all the necessities for a great stay. Only thing I would issue caution to is the parking which can be a bit of a nightmare if you leave it too late to return to the unit in the afternoon. Other than that I would recommend this unit and its location to others. The hosting super responsive and the unit is as listed. Laundry on site which makes it easy to do washing if needed.

This was a nice stay. Although the ac was not cooling well at all. This ac a portable unit, which has a filter on it. The filter looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a very long while.
