Close to OKC or Dallas, Lake Texoma is the perfect quick get away from the city for a weekend. Tall trees surround the home on 3 acres. Enjoy the fire pit and a grill (bring your own fire wood and charcoal). There is WIFI and recent updates like all new flooring, granite counter tops, new windows, doors & paint. The property easily sleeps 8. There is a king in the guest bedroom. A queen in the master bedroom and a twin daybed with twin trundle. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also 2 queen air mattresses for extra guests. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of basics. (Pots, pans, coffee pot, toaster, griddle, etc.) The home is 10 minutes from Catfish Bay Marina and equally close to Alberta Creek Marina and the sandy beaches of Lake Texoma on the Oklahoma side. Lake Texoma is known for its Striper fishing and there are many fishing guide services available. There is space to park your boat or trailer during your stay. There are lots of Casino’s to choose from and a beautiful 18-hole golf course that is ranked in the top 3 of courses in Oklahoma.

Pet's are allowed with an additional Pet rental of $50.00.
Rental rate includes 8 adult guests. Additional Adult Guests above 8 are an extra $10 per person per night.

I'm born and raised in Edmond, OK but spent most of my weekends with my family at Lake Texoma. I purchased this property so I could continue that tradition with my own children.

Why they chose this property

I like the privacy of the location of this property. The 3 acres and being bordered by Corp of Engineers land isn't something you can get with most properties.

What makes this property unique

The property is centrally located and pretty secluded but with quick access to multiple boat docks & Marina's.
