A finished lower level media room with a 50 inch wifi connected flat screen TV/DVD & recreational space downstairs. Relax at the beach and come back for a family BBQ on your outside patio area and enjoy our beautiful recently installed 18x36 heated salt water pool! Plus 6 person hot tub! Shower off in our new large outdoor shower! Your home away from home is in the heart of it all, just 5 minutes to the beach! You are 10 minutes from the shops and restaurants on main street in beautiful Sag Harbor, 10 minutes to Bridgehampton. and the best farm stand in the Hamptons right at the end of the road. Farm fresh produce and freshly caught seafood along with bakery goods delivered each day.
