Bright and peaceful 2nd floor unit. Master bedroom comes with a queen size bed. Second bedroom has two beds: twin and full size. Unit is equipped with USB-A & USB-C charging port. Living room has a 65 inch Sony smart TV. Bathroom was recently remodeled. Kitchen is FULLY STOCKED with everything you need to cook. We provide a digital air fryer, toaster, blender, Keurig k-cup coffee maker, 12-cup coffee maker, electric kettle, crock-pot, dishes, bowls, pots and pans, spices, cooking oils, and much more!
Central Heating and Air Conditioner:
- Apartment comes with NEW central heating and air conditioner along with Google Nest thermostat that controls temperature for the unit.
Laundry:
- There are coin operated washer & dryer in the building that are shared by 2 upstairs units.
Free Internet:
- Internet Speed: up to 500 Mbps.
Free Parking and Bicycle Storage:
- Guests can park up to 2 cars on the left side of the driveway. Guests can store their bicycle(s) inside the garage.
