A cozy yet modern home away from home. Living room & Each bedroom with TV. Master has king bed with separate tub and shower. Spacious open floor plan with electric fireplace. Covered back porch, great privacy, large yard with 1/2 mile of trails & attached carport. Both guest bedrooms have queen beds.
Desk available for work or to just write a note about your relaxing getaway. Full laundry and fully stocked kitchen included.

1 adult/guest must be 25 years old to book this house. Things for you to bring:

We love these hosts. We stayed at their Magnolia property in December. Less than a month later, we had to come back for a funeral. They were accommodating to our family staying at both properties. We appreciated the spacious layout of their homes. The Dogwood home has a large patio, fire pit with chairs, and front porch for gathering. There are walking trails behind the houses. We are a family who loves to cook, so we loved the spacious kitchen and appreciated that it was fully stocked with dishes, spices and everything nice!

This was the perfect place to stay! So clean, beautiful, large and spacious! Beautiful house, yard and neighborhood. Felt very safe. The owners were very kind and even left us a sweet gift after they learned of the passing of a family member. We have stayed here a few times and cant wait till we return! Highly recomend!

Our Family has been in Brewton for 30 years. We started this Home build so those visiting Brewton would have an amazing retreat. We love attention to detail and want each stay to build amazing memories.

Why they chose this property

The home was built only 1 mile from Walmart and restaurants yet sits on 2 beautiful acres. 1/2 miles of trails are on our property. The neighborhood is quiet and has quite a serene setting.

What makes this property unique

Property built in 2019. Covered parking to make safe entry into home during rainy days. Decorated for each season and Christmas. Blueberry’s are on the trails. Deer can often be seen in backyard. Keyless entry and no contact required for checkin.
