The home's driveway is reserved exclusively for your host. if you have a visitor, they must park on the street (which is complimentary for up to 2 hours).

Back to the good stuff! As you enter the Flat you will be greeted by a charming living room with a large futon, sitting chairs, a 40" TV offering satellite & streaming, and happy colorful decor. In the kitchen, you will find appliances, spacious counter-tops, dining-ware, and all the cooking essentials you could possibly need to make a perfect meal! A washer and dryer are located inside the Flat, so there is no need to go home with dirty laundry! The spacious bedroom features a queen bed, a large walk-in closet, a lap-top friendly work space, plush bathrobes, and exquisite bed linens.

The Flat offers your own private porch with a view that makes you forget you are in the middle of the city! Although the Flat does not have a fenced yard, there's a large park just across the street and a dog park less than 1 mile away.

NOTE: As of March 2025 and continuing for some months, a new home is being constructed on a neighboring lot and so you may see construction vehicles and hear related noise (on weekdays only). Charlotte city ordinances prohibit construction noise from 9:00pm to 7:00am. If you experience noise outside these hours, please alert me so that I can report it to the authorities.
