The 4 bathrooms come equipped with showers and bathtubs, along with hair dryers for added convenience. Walk across the street to either of two private beach accesses to beautiful Frangista beach and enjoy the white sands and emerald water. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, souvenir shops, and boutiques. access to the community pool for when you want a break from the ocean. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

Very good location, enjoyed sitting on upper level porch. We would recommend to others.We did have an issue with the upstairs cooling unit. However, Shane resolved it quickly the next morning after our arrival.Beach access was straight forward and convenient. Steps to the beach are not bad. A little challenging for the elder who is mobility impaired, but otherwise great.

Pros:The host, Shane, responded swiftly and was consistently kind whenever I had questions. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking during our stay very convenient. We were also greeted by a beautiful Christmas tree in the foyer, which created a warm and festive atmosphere—it truly made the home feel like Christmas away from home.Cons:Unfortunately, the exterior trash area had a strong odor. All trash cans were completely full, extremely heavy, and appeared not to have been emptied in a very long time. The inside of the home had an old, stagnant smell, requiring us to purchase deodorizers. There were gnats throughout the property, including persistent gnats and visible gnats in the kitchen and living areas. One pillow in the upstairs master suite had a noticeable stain, raising concerns about whether it had been properly cleaned.As a travel agent, this was not my first vacation rental experience, but it was my first that fell significantly below expectations, especially considering the price. The home was overpriced for the condition and cleanliness standards we encountered. I believe housekeeping would benefit from stronger quality checks to ensure bedding is cleaned, trash is emptied, and cans are placed out for pickup before guests arrive. A weekly property check would also help maintain the home for future guests.Despite that the property did not meet expectations, my family and I are grateful for the memories we made.

Beach view was ok but could only see the beach through the houses across the street. Kitchen had everything we needed except a few more forks would have been nice.

The Host is just an excellent communicator and solutions oriented. Helped us reschedule some dates when schedules shifted- everything works - is not a micro manager like so many other hosts. House is half a block to a beach and came with 2 chairs and an umbrella which saved us carrying items.Didn’t get to use the pool but it’s super close and convenient and heated.Have rented all over Destin / Miramar/ rosemary area and this was by far our favorite house and the best value.
