1800s Cozy Kitchen House in Berryville
This award winning rehabilitated kitchen house once served the main house on the property.The lower level has a pull out double bed, kitchenette and tv. Upstairs is a queen bed and tiny but full bath.
Guests can walk to town shops and restaurants and the property is adjacent to Rose Hill Park and The Barns of Rose Hill music/arts center.
Care was made to keep the history of the building and to provide modern conveniences. The original, narrow steps may be difficult for some guests and the upstairs has slanted walls as shown in the pictures.
The property has multiple outdoor sitting areas, a fire pit and games, such as horseshoes and darts.
Two Newfoundland dogs live on the property but are not allowed in the guest house. They are leashed except for a 10pm quiet potty break.
