Local avenue for beach days and nearby necessities. I experienced a decent mix of good & bad at this location. Noisy neighbors live upstairs, which can be distracting if you plan on spending a large majority of your time inside. Otherwise, there is a park and beach nearby, while being located in a relatively quiet neighborhood. Personally, I will not return, but I recommend to anyone looking for a new experience in Norfolk, VA.

Cute condo near everything!

I didnt know what to expect from this property since I didn't know anything about the area. The suite we clean and tidy when we arrived and had almost everything we needed. A few more kitchen basic would be nice, but it was fine for our quick 3 day stay. The property was quiet, even with construction on the road nearby.The beach was a quick walk and the park nearby had a farmers market on Saturday; a pleasant surprise!

Amazing condo, great amenities for kids & adults

We stayed here for a week because we attended a VB tournament in Orlando, commute was not bad at all 15-30 minutes depending on time of day & traffic, had everything u could possibly need except I would recommend some basic seasonings like salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder(we forgot to bring & didnt realize until cooking began), also a regular deck of cards would have been great, the beds are super comfy, the towels were amazing, gonna buy some for home & the resort area was great!! The pool, water slides, hot tub & volleyball court were what we used and all were top notch!! For the price its barely more than a regular 1 room, 1 bath hotel, if u want room to spread out and an extra bathroom, & kitchen to cook in this really was awesome, I would give it 10 stars if I could!!

The directions for using the codes for the building entrance and the apartment entrance don't work unless you know what to do before trying them The host did not give me that information. In the office area within the bedromm does not have an elcetrical outlet! There is only 1 air conditioner, in the window of the bedroom. The living room fan that perhaps help circulated the cool air, had a chain under the fan but only 3-4 beads were there so it was impossible for me to treach! The remote had dead batteries.There is no way to keep the door open while moving items to the indie. Therefore while taking my small dog crate into the building, the door slammed on my back left side and force the crate into the door jam. This cause bruising on my body and a bent crate!The Wifi network could not be found so I sent a picture of the screen to the host and later received a reply saying it was there. Nothing went smooth except my exit on the very same day I arrived. I called Vrbo and explained that this unit was nothing like other places I have stayed that were sponsored by Vrbo! The Vrbo contacted the owner and explained my complaints and ask they consider a refund, if not all atleast half. The owners did not offer anything. It was wasted money! Anyone who is considering a stay at this location, needs to keep looking!
