Nice house in a TERRIBLE neighborhood- DO NOT GO WITH YOUNG CHILDREN

This property is listed as a new luxury house- BUT the neighborhood is terrible. Neighbors had trash and mattresses out front, someone's beatdown truck out front with flat tire and front yard is railroad tracks. We ended up not even checking in because we did not feel safe coming in and out of the neighborhood. Even though this property was advertised as new - the pictures did not contain what you would encounter when you drove up. The management office did not reimburse us - which was frustrating because the advertisement for this property was no necessary forthcoming of what we would expect when arriving.

The neighborhood is a vibrant and welcoming community that many of our guests have enjoyed, especially due to its proximity to local attractions and conveniences. While occasional city services like bulk trash pickup may happen, these are temporary and beyond our control, but they do not impact the overall safety or charm of the area. To our future guests: please rest assured that we are committed to providing an excellent stay. Our home offers a peaceful retreat with all the amenities you need to relax and feel at home. We are confident you’ll love your stay, just as so many of our previous guests have.
