Beautiful luxury golf villa with private pool & spa

just been renovated and refurnished. A beautiful view on the golf course (hole 8) and many extras are included, like bike’s BBQ wireless internet & calls in the US & Canada. Very close to Wal-Mart and other shops. Also very close to Disney World. Kennedy space centre and beaches like Daytona beach are just 45 minutes away. On the poolside there is all the day sunshine, for guest who like shade we have an awning installed.

Great stay and great location

The property was in a great location for Orlando and all Disney parks. Fat enough out that it was a relaxing holiday and close enough it wasn’t a track to get to parks etc. perfect for us. The golf course at Southern Dunnes is excellent and really well looked after. The villa on 8th hole was added bonus for us as we enjoyed watching golfs as we relaxed in the sun. We will be back for sure.

This house is so cozy! The layout is great. Very clean. Has everything you could possibly need. Check in was very easy. Location is easy to find. Very nice neighborhood. The view from the pool and patio is absolutely beautiful as you look out onto the golf course. I cannot wait to rent this house again!!

Sunshine/warm weather state?? Check-in was easy. House was nice and communication with host was easy. Area was quiet, which was nice. Online it listed bikes were available (only 1 bike), garage there was a vehicle already parked in there, and unbeknownst to us until we got to the property, there were no paper products, i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, salt/pepper, etc. that are available at many VRBOs. Also when we were preparing to make coffee, there was a filter in the pit with moldy coffee and the lint screen for the dryer was full. Not sure what the cleaning people do or check, but these should be some of the things, knowing people will be using them. The sofa could use a deep cleaning as it smelled of stale sweat. Not bad for the price, but could use a little more attention.

I had a hard time, because when I got to the property someone else was there and I had to go to to a horrible place to stay for two nights. It was difficult because I was with 3 grandkids and they just wanted to get into the house. I hope this never happens to no one else.

This place is wonderful

This house is really wonderful it's so convenient and in a great, safe, and beautiful location! It's close to everything Walmart, dollar tree, checkers, starbucks, chipotle and so much more. It's also a short drive from Universal studios and all the other theme parks. It was well stocked with towels, sheets, pillows and dishes. The fridge is fairly new and very good. The pool was the best. The owner was very nice and responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. I will definitely visit this house again. I also highly recommend this house to all my friends and family.

The property was in an excellent location on a beautiful golf course with south facing pool deck. The property was in mild disrepair with smoke detectors beeping, no gas in the gas grill, dirty rusty grill, flat bike tires and lots of dust on the decorations above the cabinets in the kitchen. The master bedroom and bath were nice and clean. The garage was very cluttered with broken lawn furniture and assorted discarded items. This is unfortunate as this property is in a prime location and south facing back pool. A little attention would go a long way to improving this rental.

It was ok

Check in was a little stressful because the house we originally was renting got rented out even though we paid and made reservations months in advance. Jeroen did make it right by giving us another house that was just as nice. I just wish it wasnt at the last minute. The house could have been cleaner and not all the TVs worked. The neighborhood was ok but the neighbors were partying until 1-2 am and playing loud music even during the day, so not much relaxation. We will probably not stay there in southern dunes again we would like more privacy and peace.

Yes this was not so nice. Do to all cancelations because of corona and last minutes bookings there was a mixup between the houses and I am so sorry for this. About that partying I know all about this. There has been booked without my permission for short term renting which has given a big stress also for my neighbors. Normally it’s a very quiet area so after 10 years of renting it’s the first time this happen. Maybe and hoping to have you once back to us. 😊

Lovely villa in Haines City

We stayed at this property in Dec 2019. It is about 20-25 miles from International Drive area. It is in a lovely complex and we looked onto the golf course. Villa was very clean and has everything we needed, including bikes. There is a Walmart just a short walk away which was very handy and a number of eating places. Communication with the owner was very easy. I would recommend this accommodation and would indeed use again ourselves

Stayed on southern dunes before so know the area , the villa had everything we needed and was clean . Views from the pool to the golf course are fantastic and overall area is very peaceful
