Great location

Walking distance to gondola and hot tubs. Good beds, nice kitchen. The pictures show a well lit bright unit? The rooms are dark, poor lighting on ground floor with black out shade. Bit of a dungeon feel.

That’s such a helpful insight—thank you for sharing! It’s always a bummer when the photos oversell the lighting. Good beds and a nice kitchen definitely help make up for it, but that “dungeon” vibe can totally affect the mood, especially in the evenings. Do you think you’d stay there again, or would the lighting be a dealbreaker next time around?

Would recommend, despite the fact that for a unit that says it sleeps 6, there is only 1 on site parking spot. Makes it difficult especially when that is not expected or listed in the listing. Also both of the air mattresses in the closet had holes and did not work. Location was great!!!

Disappointing Stay Despite Great LocationWhile the location of this property was excellent, our overall experience was disappointing.During our stay, the WiFi was very slow and unreliable, which made it difficult to use. Noise was also a major issue — we experienced significant late-night noise from the unit above us as well as street noise outside, which made sleeping challenging both nights.The check-in process was inconvenient. We were required to pick up physical keys from a separate location, even though the unit also had a keypad entry, which felt unnecessary.Cleanliness did not meet expectations upon arrival. We found wrappers under the couch, a dirty rug, and hair in the bathtub, which made it seem like the unit had not been thoroughly cleaned prior to our stay.The toiletries and provided products were very basic and low quality, which felt disappointing given the price point.Parking was another challenge. Although the unit is advertised to accommodate up to six guests, only one parking space was included. We had to pay an additional 75 per night for a second vehicle, which was an unexpected cost.Overall, while the location was a highlight, the noise, cleanliness concerns, and logistical issues made this stay less enjoyable than anticipated. I personally would not stay with first tracks again.

Regarding parking, we do clearly advertise the number of parking spaces included in the listing so guests can plan accordingly prior to arrival. While the unit sleeps up to six guests, this is a ski-town property where parking is limited, and parking allowances are strictly restricted by the HOA for each community. Any additional parking options and associated fees are also disclosed in advance. We understand your concerns about noise. Please note that we do not manage or control the unit above, nor can we regulate noise from neighboring properties or the street, particularly in a resort area. That said, we always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can assist where possible. Our listings also clearly state that check-in is off-site, including the requirement to pick up physical keys. This information is provided ahead of booking to ensure guests are aware of the process prior to arrival. We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered, as this is not the standard we aim to provide. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping team for review and improvement. We also appreciate your feedback regarding WiFi performance and in-unit amenities, as guest input helps guide future upgrades. Disappointed

Pros: short walk to gondola, clean, plenty of space, well equipped kitchen and bathroomCons: Wild Horse gondola is extremely slow, shuttle service was a joke and wait times were insane (we ended up calling uber which is disappointing when you count on free transportation at these prices), check in was a pain because you have to pick up physical keys at a separate location and everyone in our party didn’t have access to room because we only got two keys, hot tubs may as well not be mentioned because you have to walk a quad mile in the snow to and from to use them, unit walls are like paper and condo building was very loud.We wouldn’t stay here again.With all that considered this unit was overpriced in my opinion.
