This place was great, one piece of advice is the third bedroom is an open room combined with the pool table area. Overall great and the hot tub was exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil you could need for cooking and grilling!

House was very clean. Nice location between Gaitlinburg and Pigeon Forge. 3rd bedroom is not private, It is part of the larger game room with pool table and gathering area. House is good for 2 couples and a group of teenagers. Not 3 couples. Spaces are much smaller than appear in pictures.

My husband and I came up for the week with our kids and grandkids. The property is beautiful and exactly as described. Jonathan was a great host and communication was great. We ended up in a huge thunderstorm that knocked out power and our hosts quickly provided us with additional flashlights which was very thoughtful. We will definitely be back!

Great property. Only critique we have is that the 3rd bedroom isn't really a bedroom, which is what we thought we would have. We made do, and changed a few things around. but for some families this may be a problem in needing a distinct bedroom.

This was the prefect place for a cousin and kids get away. The kids lived in the hot tub! Bedrooms were large and comfy. Kitchen stocked with the necessary items for meals. Also enjoyed playing some of the games you offer.
