Excellent location just steps from Belmont park and the ocean. Listing exactly as described, fully stocked with everything we needed. There were 7 of us and there was plenty of space for everyone. Everyone loved it!

This house is such a wonderful place to stay in. It's literally steps away from the ocean, the bay and just a few min walk to Belmont park. The primary bathroom shower is amazing. Not only it's spacious, but it also has body jets. The kitchen is well equipped with a convienient window that opens up right next to the BBQ so you can hand things back and forth. We had a wonderful stay at this charming house and we hope you will as well.

We truly enjoyed our stay! Communication was great! Location, just a block off the beach…excellent! Super clean. Loved the spacious bedrooms. The primary bath was super spacious, well appointed and flooded with natural daylight. The beds were comfortable and bed linens felt luxurious. When we arrived at the property the garage door was wide open, so we had no way of knowing if we had the correct condo. Our full size SUV didn’t not fit in the tandem garage. It would have fit but the alleyway was just too narrow to allow space to maneuver it into the garage. We arrived on Saturday, so the beach was packed. It took us over an hr to find a parking space. Nearby parking lots were full. By Monday street parking was better. Also, the garage (located on ground lvl) is not accessible from inside the condo, which made loading/unloading our luggage far MORE challenging. Weather was super hot (Excessive heat warning with temps around 100), so AC was a must. The AC kept the 2nd level, which consisted of 3.5 bedrooms, super cool. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the upper/3rd level, which consisted of kitchen, living, dining and laundry. We kept AC was on most of the time, but the upper level remained hot till the evening hours. We did our best to cool it with the 2 floor fans provided and had to keep the window coverings closed till the after sunset. The kitchen was well equipped w/most anything one would need. Interior finishes were nice but could use some love.

House was as advertised. Host answered questions right away. A short walk and your on the beach, tub was nice after cold water at the beach. Roller coaster right down the street. The best places to see is Balboa park, Sunset Beach, and Coronado Island. Watching people with gliders was great too

Beautiful spot in mission beach

Family friendly, great location!

Location, location, location! Wow, great property, well equipped, excellent communication with property manager. One block from the beach, a small market, restaurant, bar, coffee shop. Close to boardwalk, amusement park, restaurants. Great patio off the kitchen/living room. We would definitely stay again!

Great Mission Beach Location!

Great San Diego weekend getaway. The location was clean and well accurately presented in the advertisement. The location was right next to many shops and food stands (and also a block from the beach!). I highly recommend.

Close to beach

Beach was just about a block away and made it really convenient. Could easily walk back. Everything was comfortable and nice.
