About this property
Charming cabin in the heart of Downtown Cooke City Montana
Experience the best of both worlds in Cooke City. The Downtown Cabin is located right on Main Street, within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops but also backed right up to the forest and the headwaters of Soda Butte Creek. This cozy cabin was originally built in 1936 and has been lovingly maintained and updated with a modern kitchen and bath. It features 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and additional sleeping spaces in the loft with a queen bed, and the living room with a queen sofa bed. Guests can unwind while listening to the creek on the back porch, playing board games or preparing memorable meals with family and friends, and watching incredible sunsets from the front porch.

Why they chose this property
We love living and working on Main Street in Cooke City. It provides easy access to the mountains and trails. In the winter, we ski and snowmobile right from our front door!
What makes this property unique
The Downtown Cabin is a well-cared for classic Montana cabin. It is a great starting point for your Yellowstone adventures. YNP is 4 miles away and world-famous Lamar Valley is only a 20-minute drive. The cabin is located on the Beartooth Highway, if thrilling car rides, beautiful scenery, pristine lakes, and mountain hikes are your passion. In the winter months, our location provides easy access to some of the most reliable snowfall in the USA and incredible mountains and wilderness for snowmobiling and backcountry skiing.
