Heading to the Beach? We have everything you could possibly need for the perfect day at the beach! Including beach carts, chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers and sand toys for the kids!

High Speed 1 Gig WiFi throughout the entire property makes it easy for you to stay up to date on social media or work while lounging by the pool!

In addition to our normally strict cleaning regimen, we have now added professional surface disinfecting with approved EPA disinfectants. We provide this before each of our guests arrival.

This was our second visit to Casa Cocconut. Such a beautiful home in quiet gated community. Brian and Ali are great hosts easy to contact. House really well stocked with everything you require for a lovely stay. Excellent pool and patio area. Beach a 5 min walk away and grocery store 2 min drive. Highly recommend!!

Awesome house in a beautiful neighborhood! The pool and back yard were amazing to just relax by. The house is very clean and actually nicer in person than in pictures. Owner was great to work with and the check in and check out process was super easy! Kitchen was well stocked. I will say, for future guests there was no cabinet of leftover spices (except for salt and pepper), oil, plastic bags, etc. Nothing that I expected by an means, just be sure to pick that stuff up at the grocery store! Additionally for future guests, the beach may be somewhat a long walk depending on your mobility. We rented a golf cart and got around just fine!5 out of 5 stay for me and 4 of my next friends for a 40th birthday celebration.

Probably one of the best places I’ve stayed in Fort Lauderdale! The property is clean, private, and quiet. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! As mentioned in other reviews the house is so well maintained, cared for and clean. The owners were very responsive when we had questions. Check in was very easy as was check out. The location is great, lots of walkable options, beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The backyard pool area is an oasis, the pool was clean and well maintained as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Why they chose this property

We are only one short block away from the beach! There is no public parking near our deeded beach entrance so this gives you a much less crowded portion of the beach to enjoy. We are a short 10 min walk to downtown Lauderdale-By-The-Sea! We are located in a Quiet Upscale Prestigious Neighborhood.

Parking for the beaches in Fort Lauderdale and Lauderdale by the Sea is hard to come by, avoid the hassle and walk to the beach. Avoid wasting beach time looking for parking then paying a fortune to park. Stay on the island and walk to everything.

We try to have everything that our guests could possibly need on vacation readily available. If they like to bake, we have rolling pins, pie pans, and cookie sheets! If they like to barbecue, we have everything you could possibly need! If they like to play in the sand at the beach, we have lots of sand toys! If they like to check out great restaurants and bars, there are many to choose from just a short walk away! If they like to lounge in the pool, we have all sorts of pool floats! If they like to watch TV, we offer every channel available! If they like to watch TV while lounging in the pool, we have that covered too! Watch your favorite shows from our poolside outdoor TV! It’s important to us that Casa Coconut fits the needs of EVERYONE in the group or family staying with us!
