Beautiful spacious, 2 bed/2 bathroom villa on Southern Costa Blanca

Sleeps up to 4 + baby cot. 2 bedrooms/2bathrooms. 1 Double bed in room 1, 2 twin beds in room 2.
3 outdoor dining areas: roof terrace, garden with covered terrace and first floor balcony. Communal swimming pool only 70 metres.
Free WiFi
Fully equipped kitchen: Oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, iron, kettle etc.
Satellite TV, selection of games.
Tastefully decorated. Off street parking. Short walk to the popular Villamartin Plaza with its shops, restaurants and bars.
EU awarded La Zenia beach is only a 5 minute drive, as well as Villamartin Golf Club on the doorstep, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are just a 5 minute drive.
Local key holder. Mandatory Cleaning fee paid locally to key holder Euros 70 based on 4 persons + Euros 10 for each additional person.
Cleaning practices include: Change of all bedding and bed protection, towels for every guest; after cleaning;
The cleaning team are fully legal. The cleaning fee is payable on arrival directly to my key/holder/cleaners at a rate of Euros 70 for up to 4 persons.

Great location

Appartment, Lot's off space, kept nice, clean and everything we needed is there. 10 minute walk to shops and plaza, golf course nearby. My wife and I loved it there plenty restaurants & bars.

A great property ... really clean and had everything we needed. Located close to restaurants and a great base to explore the local area. We loved the beaches at La Zenia and the Mar Menor (recommend a mud bath!) and travelled to Villa Joyosa (the chocolate capital of the area) and to Guadalest which was amazing. This was a holiday that pleased both the adults and our teenagers, we will be back!

we have just returned from a fabulous break - we loved the villa, it was spotless and the arrangement of rooms worked extremely well for myself and my 3 teenagers, it is also a great location......my teenagers often strolled out for an evening drink or bite to eat....- the owner had provided lots of good suggestions where to visit........during the daytime or evening I loved the villa which is kept to a very high standard with all (and more) features and fittings....plus.................. of course use of a great pool... we will definitely be returning.....a great find - it is so refreshing to find a fabulous rental property...........we will be returning and recommending! Très bon séjour!!

Très belle maison pour des vacances familiales. Très bonne literie, bonne climatisation, grandes chambres et belle terrasse. La piscine est très grande et très belle, parfaite pour y passer du temps. Le quartier est calme et la zone environnante plus qu'attrayante. La propriétaire est très gentille et disponible pour ses locataires. Nous vous recommandons grandement cette location et n'hésiterons pas à y retourner.

Lovely villa

We stayed here for a week villa was lovely and clean and had everything you needed, the shared pool was lovely and didn't get busy at all. We got a bus to the boulevard shopping centre cost us 5€ for family of 5 each way.ĺ

Thank you, we had a great stay. Just a few things to note; the toilet door handle keeps falling off, it would’ve been nice to have more than one toilet roll per bathroom & there was no instructions or welcome pack for WiFi, tv etc But Sharon, the key holder, was very efficient & flexible & made the whole experience easy for us.
