We left a day early!

We rented another property in a gated community. Right as we were leaving, the agent called and said our condo had been double booked but she found us another comparable condo. We got there and I immediately knew this was not the case. The place was old and in need of some updates. The beds were so hard along with the pillows. The carpets needed to be replaced years ago. The Air conditioner vent was in desperate need of cleaning and replacing. We found a used band aid on the sheets in the master bedroom. The best was the small bottle of listerine in the bathroom that had apparently been used by other people! I was disgusted the entire time not to mention we had not gotten a good nights sleep since we had been there. We learned all of this the hard way! Never again!!

I apologize for the last-minute change. "We were hoping the money we refunded you would have eliminated the threat of a bad review that was not even meant for this condo. We tried everything we knew how to fix the error. This terrible review will go on this condo that is not even the one you stayed in—such a shame. Unfortunately, things happen that are beyond our control.
