Why they chose this property

This neighbourhood speaks for itself!! It's adorable and walking distance to many of the trendiest areas the nations has to offer. It is also amazingly close to downtown Nashville. Located just an 8 minute drive to Broadway. From Nashville's best pizza place to some of the top ice cream and coffee shops in the city, this quiet neighborhood has absolutely everything you need conveniently close to you, with the quietness and the spaciousness being just outside downtown provides.

What makes this property unique

My home was built in 1890.. Yes 1890... and has been creatively renovated for the travelling experience. My house still has its original charm featuring beautiful antique doors with transom windows, 4 original fireplaces and the architectural charm of a Victorian Era home that has been beautifully brought back to life in the most elegant way.
