If biking is your thing, you are only 1 mile from the Swamp Rabbit trail. Rent a bike or bring your own! Free indoor bike storage on site. We can help with anything you need from recommendations to reservations. Owners are only 1 block away if you should need anything. Full kitchen, Newly updated and fully furnished. We bought Middleton Place 5 years ago as an investment and have enjoyed every moment of its continuous transformation. Renovated in April 2016, this 2 bed 1 bath condo in the Earle Street Historic District is minutes from everything! We purchased in this location because we live only one block away and LOVE the downtown area! We have lived in Asheville, Atlanta, Raleigh and Winston but Greenville is where our heart is.

What makes this property unique

Take a day trip to Asheville...a beautiful scenic 1 hour drive. Lake Keowee, Lake Hartwell and Lake Jocassee only 30-45 minutes away. Close to Clemson and Furman University.
