This one-bath suite includes a king bed, queen-size futon, wood-burning fireplace, and patio with table, chairs, and a gas grill. Enjoy cable TV with free DVD movie rentals, a game room with pool table, complimentary snowshoe rentals during the winter, and a heated pool in the summer. Downtown shopping and dining are minutes from your door while Rocky Mountain National Park rests just two miles away. Handicap-friendly with no steps up to this unit (or in this unit), and a handicap parking spot nearby. Free Wi-Fi. When I was searching for listings, I filtered the search to show results where we would have an entire house to ourselves. This, along with most other results, are not houses. They are multi-building properties. The "chalet" was more like a two-room duplex. We shared a wall with another group. So I felt a little misled (by VRBO, not the host) when we pulled into the property. That said, the property was clean, in a great location, and the host messaged us while we were there asking if there was anything we needed. We had lots of hiking and other activities planned so we didn't spend much time in the room. It was more than adequate for our needs. I would recommend if your plans are similar.
