Newly built lakefront home with room for 12 guests and up to 6 day guests, with 4 bedrooms and 7 beds, Billiards, Ping-pong, Air hockey, Steam Sauna, Fire pit, and Kayaks. Large wood dining table with eight chairs for comfortable seating. The fully stocked kitchen includes all brand-new black stainless steel appliances including gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with bottom freezer and deep double sink. Our laundry room features Samsung washer & gas dryer. Outside you could enjoy our extra-large deck with lake views and gas BBQ, and additional outdoor seating around a wood-burning fire pit and plenty of space for outdoor games.
The private community of Brier Crest Woods offers the well-maintained Lake Shangri-La where you can relax on the beach, boat, play basketball and volleyball, and fish & kids can enjoy the playground.
Conveniently located between Ski Resorts, Water Parks, Pocono Raceway, Casinos, Restaurants, Hiking, ATV rides & many other activities for any season!
