Our beautiful lakeside home is located in Blakeslee right near skiing, snowboarding, tubing, water parks, Pocono raceway, ATV trails, paintball, shooting ranges, canoeing, whitewater rafting, fishing, state game land hunting, hiking, waterfalls, boulder fields, shops at the outlet mall, and so much more.

In our community Brier Crest Woods, you can enjoy the lake by fishing, boating on our rowboat and canoe, or swimming at the sand beach area. There is also tennis courts, a basketball court, a volleyball court, and playground for kids.

Upon arrival you will receive the code to the lockbox which contains the key. The key opens the garage entrance for easy unloading and loading. The main entrance is located on the side of the house, the key to it will be on a by the door. Inside the home you will find a beautiful open floor plan with a view of the lake through large windows and a sliding glass door. There is a pellet fireplace surrounded by comfy couches for additional heat and cozy evenings. There are two decks, one on each floor with a beautiful lake view. On the second floor you can find a foosball table and a variety of books and board games. There is Wi-Fi and 2 TVs with Netflix included. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, Keurig, blender, plenty of dishes, utensils, pans, and much more. There is a gas grill on the deck right next to the entrance to the kitchen. Outside of the house there is a large open yard with a fire pit and separate fenced in yard. When using the fire pit please make sure to use the cover. The lake is less then 100 feet away from the yard. There is a Jon boat and canoe provided at the community boat racks a short distance down the road. Make sure to have life jackets on board when using the boats.

* Starter necessities supplied: paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, dish soap, sponge, bedding, toilet paper, and hand towels. Bath towels are not provided.

*This home is in a private community Brier Crest Woods. There is a $60 fee to process a rental in the community that includes up to 4 cars and 8 quests, note (children under 6 are not included in the quest count.) > We handle your registration< Once your reservation is confirmed, please provide the following information. The information requested includes your address, name, phone number, and email and the make, model, color, state, and license plate # of all vehicles.

* When you arrive at the property you can find your vehicle tags in the mailbox to the left of the garage door. It is required that all vehicles equip the tags while using any of the community's amenities. As a part of check-out, you will be asked to take your trash to the dumpster. Please make sure you have the vehicle tag on while doing so.

* There are 8 wristbands provided for the lake beach, fishing, and recreational courts. Security may ask you to show the wristbands when you are there. All wristbands must be left at property when departing, each missing wristband will incur a $10 fee.

* As stated in the rules parties and events are not permitted. No fireworks are allowed. Quiet time is between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. If any of the community rules are broken and fines are received, the guest will be responsible to pay the fines.

DAMAGE AND INCIDENTALS
* You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your
party during your stay.
