We really enjoyed the large kitchen space. Great area for food preparation and the dining room table gave our guests a great place to enjoy the food. Next time we stay, hoping for cooler weather so we can enjoy the deck and backyard.

Location was perfect, communication with host was great. Very clean house with all you would need inside. One thing that could be improved on is neither bed was comfortable. But would still stay here again and recommend to others

Great communication with the host. Perfect location for a football weekend. Easy, short walk to the stadium. We inquired about a grill and there was not one. Within a day I received a message from the host they purchased one and we were free to use it.

Pee house

We had 4-5 cars in the front house because of the game, the 2nd bedroom smelled like cat pee. We will do a hotel next time.

Sorry Michael for the reported smell in the 2nd bedroom, no animals have been in the home but we will check into this. Thank you. The information regarding the cars in the yard was provided,however, we will clarify further this aspect in the description for game days. We appreciate your feedback. Additionally, the basement was not an area for guests and you were in the basement and used the drier. Checkout time was 11 AM and you departed at almost noon. You left the front door to our home unlocked after your departure. We do appreciate your feedback and will check into the reported smell.

Charming midcentury ranch

The home is a classic midcentury ranch style with room for 2 couples. The new master bathroom is beautiful and if the weather is warm, the deck and backyard view would be great. It’s nice to have ample off street parking. The location is top rate. If you have the chance, Stella’s is a great burger place. Linens and towels are fresh and of good quality and quantity. If you plan on meal prep, you will need to bring mixing bowls and other baking items to be able to cook with ease. The kitchen is minimally stocked. The coffee bar is really nice. Football weekend

This house is ideal for a Fri/Sat game weekend. It’s less than 10 minute walk to Kinnick, through the tailgates south of Melrose. High energy, super fun walk. The house is small but great for two couples. Each BR and its own bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped for pregame tailgating from a comfortable house, with a back deck overlooking a forested ravine and room in the front yard and mostly quiet street for yard games. The host was the attentive and friendly. We didn’t need anything, but I am confident anything within reason would have been provided had we asked.
