Newly renovated to provide comfortable accommodation for four, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, equipped with showers, one en-suite. An electric gate leads into the shady front garden with parking for 2 cars. The cottage has a monitored security system with sensors covering the outside and interior of the property.
At the front is a large deck with a picnic table overlooking an indigenous garden.
The lounge and dinning area has dual heating and cooling air-conditioning, TV and DVD, 3-piece cottage suite and four dinning room chairs and a table. The compact kitchen has a fridge-freezer, four ring electric stove with oven and a selection of pots, pans and crockery with cutlery for four people.
Through the French doors there is a large patio with a sun-shaded area covering a built-in braai and a set of outdoor chairs. A set of steps goes to the raised grassed garden giving you a variety of settings in which to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.
If you want to eat out, next door is the Fig and Daisy a relaxing café that opens for breakfast and lunches. Just five minutes walk and you are in the middle of Bathurst, with two bars, three restaurants and a myriad of shops including craft and gifts, art, delicatessen and small supermarket.
