About this property

Beach decor, very bright and clean. Rates include golf cart and departure cleaning. You will need to bring your own linens. Located at Q27 right in front of Sandlapper Lake. The house has a very large wrap around front porch overlooking the beautiful lake and fountain. Bring your fishing pole, fishing is allowed in the lake.

The kitchen offers fridge w/ice-maker, stove, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, sliver-ware. Everything you need to enjoy your stay.

There are three bedrooms, two have full size beds and the third has a twin size bed. The den has two sleeper sofas that contain queen size beds along with a TV with cable and a DVD player. There is one full bath with a tub and shower.

We do not allow any Pets!!!!

We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.
