This adorable 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage is perfect for small families, singles and couples. Living room, kitchen and dining area has an open concept. The family room has a sofa that opens into a queen size bed as well. Tastefully decorated and on a quiet peaceful street. This was once a smaller home that was remodeled with an addition to make into a charming 2-bedroom cottage. A must see to appreciate property. The cottage features expanded cable & wifi with a large private deck over looking the lake with fountain, bring your fishing poles as fishing is allowed. It has also has a well stocked kitchen to fit most every cooking and serving needs. The dining area seats 6.amd a Large flat screen tv in living room and master bedroom.
