Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a full-size bed and flat-screen tv.

Booking Information:

Once you have made your final payment and we have received the required information (mailing address, email address and phone number) from you:

1) We will enter you in the Ocean Lakes visitor’s portal. You will be authorized for the number of vehicles designated in the property listing. If you need additional vehicles, they will need authorization as well.

2) Ocean Lakes will email you an invoice for each authorization (i.e. 3 vehicles = 3 invoices).

3) Three days prior to your arrival, VRBO will email you a Welcome Package with important information relative to your arrival, stay, and check-out. Please be sure you read this information.

4) At 3:45 PM on the afternoon of your arrival, you will receive an email from South Strand Vacation Rentals (not VRBO) with the code to the property.


Items To Note:

Beginning in 2026, this rental no longer includes a golf cart. Carts are available for rent onsite through Ocean Lakes.

Bed, Bath & Kitchen linens are included in the cleaning fee.

Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per vehicle, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.

There is parking for 1 oversized or 2 standard vehicles at this site. If you have additional vehicles, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).

All renters are required to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver in lieu of a refundable damage deposit.



House Rules:

Rates and fees are non-negotiable.

Renters must be at least 25 years old, and present during the rental period.

MAXIMUM occupancy is 6.

No smoking in the house.

Dogs 20 lbs or less are able to join in the family fun for an additional fee.

Fireworks are prohibited inside Ocean Lakes Family Campground.
