Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please return the golf cart to the shed and lock the golf cart key in the lock box that is located in the shed. Lock the shed door. Return/hang the shed key to inside the house.
Please clean any dishes and appliances that were used during your stay.
Please place all used towels, washcloths, kitchen linens in the bathroom for collection.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
ALL golf cart drivers MUST have an active driver's license and must be 21 years of age or older.

Beautiful bungalow

The house was set up so nice and had everything needed fir a comfortable stay. The owner was very helpful and sent everything needed for the stay. The location was very peaceful and the golf cart made it easy to get around the campground.

The property was immaculate! It was better than we expected! The owners really went above and beyond to make our STAY inviting and welcoming! From the coffee, snacks for our family, to the bathroom being stocked with body wash/shampoo/conditioner, and there was even a book basket. The pots and pans were an added touch for a family that cooks on vacation. Golf cart was a plus!! The house was very CLEAN! One of the cleanest rentals that I have rented! I would recommend this house to anyone! It is a 15/10!!!! Thank you for making our vacation a memorable one!!

Fun long weekend

We had a wonderful long weekend at Neptune's Harbour in Ocean Lakes. Plenty of room for my family of 5, including 3 teenagers. We were happy to find a pet friendly house to bring our dog and a home with a golf cart included. The beds were comfortable, and the home very well stocked with everything you could need. I also loved that linens were included with plenty of towels and since we arrived late on our first night, it was nice to have the beds already made.Thanks for a great stay!

Family Vacation

We stayed at Neptune’s Harbor this year for our family vacation. We go to Ocean Lakes every year and have since my almost teenage son was a baby. Home was just as pictured and had everything we needed. Plenty of chairs, umbrellas and sand toys which fit me is a plus when looking for a home to rest. Those things can be bulky when trying to pack the car. We had a great week and will definitely stay here again!

Amazing rental

We found our new go to rental property at the beach! Literally packed our clothes and the house had everything else! Golf cart, boogie boards, sand toys, chairs, towels, linens, all kitchen supplies. Could not ask for more. We had an amazing time. Host was so responsive to any questions we had. Amazing experience.

Great stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Home owners were very good at communication and explaining everything in detail. The home fit 2 adults and 4 kids ranging from 11-13 very well. If any thing to say negative about the home would be there isn't alot of room to unpack your belongings (clothes), but we made do and didn't let it damper the great home and host! I would very much recommend these host and home to anyone in the future!

1st time at Ocean Lakes

Such a great experience for our family. The property was exactly as listed. Plenty of room, nicely decorated, everything we needed, and more. We really enjoyed our stay and so did our kiddos! If you’re considering a stay here, you won’t be disappointed. Another plus was the included golf cart. While our friends had to rent a cart with their rentals, we did not. If we ever return to the area, we won’t hesitate to book here again. 😊

Wonderful Place to Make Family Memories

Our experience staying at this property in Ocean Lakes was remarkable, marking our third year in the area, but our first at this particular home. From the outset, communication with the owners was exemplary; we received all pertinent information well in advance, allowing for a seamless arrival process. Even though we arrived later than the designated check-in time, the owners graciously informed us that early check-in was an option, which we appreciated. The property itself offered ample space for our family, featuring a delightful large porch where we enjoyed many mornings sipping coffee. We were pleasantly surprised by the lighter traffic at the corner house, which made it easy to navigate in and out during our stay. After long days spent at the beach and waterpark, it was a joy to return to a peaceful home environment. The convenience of having a golf cart stored in the shed made trips around the campground effortless. Throughout our two-week stay, we had no issues that required us to reach out to the owners, yet it was reassuring to know they would have responded promptly if needed. As our stay came to an end, we couldn’t help but reflect on the wonderful family memories we created, all thanks to this wonderful property.

1st Myrtle Beach-Ocean Lakes stay

Our family had an amazing vacation and enjoyed the atmosphere of the Ocean Lakes Family Campground. The amenities and home, Neptune’s Harbour, were great. Jana was an extremely responsive host and answered all our questions. Only issue we had was on check-in and NOT a result of hosts. When calling to get parking passes before arrival, they never charged or sent my pass. When I called them it was too late to mail them but it did show they had my card on file but no reason why they never ran it. At check-in, the main office told us we had to go to rental check-in who then told us we needed to return to the main office and was not receptive to my requesting for them to contact the main office to ensure validity before we once again returned to the office. I explained that I was the guest and customer and they had made the error and before any potential additional errors were made I wanted them to ensure we’d be sent to the correct location. Upon returning to the main office the gentleman was a wonderful help and got us checked in without additional trouble. Overall about 20-25 min so not bad. Private rentals are different then OL property rentals thus the mixup. Getting passes before arrival would have avoided this hassle as our friends had no issues. I would still recommend this location and especially Neptune’s Harbour. Jana and Blake, the hosts, are great! Hosts followed up after our stay to ask about ways they can improve or what we liked. This shows great care.
