Welcome to your idyllic Fort Myers escape, a haven of tranquility, comfort, and convenience perfect for remote work, family vacations, or extended stays. Our child-friendly home locates itself into a serene, secure neighborhood providing you the peace and respite you deserve.
The house is spacious and armed with all the amenities you`ll need: three inviting bedrooms, two pristine bathrooms, a fully-equipped, modern kitchen, a convenient in-house washer/dryer, a 2-car park, high-speed WiFi, a 42” Samsung Smart TV, and even beach gear for sun-soaked beach days. (Please note that cable/streaming services are not included).
Strategically located, our property is 10 miles from the sun-kissed shores of Fort Myers Beach, 7 miles from the vibrant Downtown, and a 7-minute walk to Publix, Walmart, and diverse culinary delights. The RSW Airport is just a 20-minute drive away, adding to the geographical advantage.
Each bedroom is designed for tranquility; the Master Suite houses a plush King bed and an en-suite bathroom while the two guest rooms each feature comfortable queen beds and a share access to a second bathroom.
The kitchen caters to your culinary enthusiasm, stocked for 6 guests and including cookware, dishes, utensils, and complimentary coffee to start your energetic sunny day.
Step out to the private patio that opens to stunning backyard views providing an ideal setting for a peaceful morning coffee or an intimate evening wind-down. Moreover, enjoy a picnic near the neighborhood creek under the warm Florida sunshine or romantic moonlight!
Around the house, you can explore Southwest Florida: the beach, boat rentals, fishing trips, exciting dolphin & manatee tours, thrilling Everglades alligator tours, and captivating boutique & antique shopping.
You will have unrestricted access to the property, the enclosed patio, and all the other amenities. While we live just a car drive away and will be readily available should you need anything, we assure you complete privacy.
Situated in a friendly environment with a beautifully maintained street leading to McGregor Boulevard, our home is just a short drive from Downtown and beaches and a quick walk to grocery stores and restaurants.
Please note that while the unit garage is private storage, access might be needed in certain circumstances. We`ll do our best to notify you in advance, but some situations might require access without prior notice.
Our freshly built house (2019) adheres to the latest construction codes, guarantees safety, and provides a perfect spot in Fort Myers for a memorable Florida escapade! Welcome home!
★Agreement to Rules★
All reservations are subject to these House Rules. Booking a reservation constitutes acceptance and agreement to comply. Violations may result in additional charges, removal from the property without refund, or other applicable actions.
✔Guest Verification
The primary guest must complete our guest verification process before we release keys or access codes.
Only the individual who booked may check in, unless prior approval is given for another guest to do so.
If the primary guest is under 25, all guests must be 21+ unless approved by the host. IDs for all guests are required within 24 hours of booking.
A selfie of the primary guest holding their ID is required prior to arrival for verification purposes.
✔Parking Rules
Up to 2 vehicles are allowed in the designated driveway only.
No parking on the street, grass, or neighbor’s property.
Unauthorized parking may result in towing at the guest’s expense and/or a $75 fee per broken sprinkler head.
✔Noise Policy
Noise complaints or sustained noise over 80 dB (70 dB between 10 PM–7 AM) may result in immediate removal without refund.
Noise-detecting devices may be used to monitor levels.
✔Plumbing
Only toilet paper may be flushed. No wipes (including “flushable” wipes), feminine products, or other items.
✔Air Conditioning
Keep thermostat between 72–78°F. Lower settings can cause damage; repairs may cost up to $4,000 and will be billed to the guest.
✔Smoking
No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use inside.
Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $500 fee plus any related damages.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only; dispose of waste properly.
✔Pets
A maximum of two pets is allowed at the place.
Pets are not allowed on any bed or sofa.
Owners are responsible for additional costs for cleaning or damages incurred by pets at our property or furniture.
Owners are responsible for bringing a bed, food bowl, water bowl, and any other items needed for the comfort of the pets. We can help to accommodate the pets, but prior notice is required to prepare the place.
✔Parties & Gatherings
Parties and events are prohibited. Violations will result in police intervention, removal without refund, and additional fees.
No unauthorized guests beyond the number listed on the reservation. $50/person/night fee applies for violations.
✔Security & Surveillance
Do not tamper with security or monitoring devices. Doing so will result in immediate removal without refund and replacement costs.
Exterior video surveillance is in use.
✔Cleanliness & Condition
Excessive mess (e.g., stains, odors, trash left throughout) will be charged at $30/hour/cleaner.
If excessive dirtiness results in a canceled next booking, the departing guest will be charged for that day at the base rate.
✔Pest Prevention
Do not leave food out; close doors to prevent pests. Florida’s climate attracts insects quickly.
✔Garage Access
The garage is private storage. In some cases, we may need access through the exterior door without prior notice, though we’ll try to advise beforehand.
✔Restricted Activities
No commercial photography/videography without written consent.
Illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.
✔Damages
Guests are responsible for all damages, injuries, or losses during their stay. Report any issues promptly.
Lost keys will incur replacement costs.
✔Check-out Instructions
Standard checkout is 10 AM EST. Late checkout requires prior approval and may extend to 12 PM.
Unauthorized late checkout:
30 min–2 hours: $75 fee.
Over 2 hours: Charged at the daily base rate (no discount) plus any cleaning delay fees ($30/hour/cleaner).
Help us to conserve the Earth’s vital resource (water), leave any used beds unmade, and any used towels in the shower.
Place dirty dishes in the sink.
Check for personal belongings and chargers.
Close and lock all windows and doors.
