Enjoy the amazing views of the sparkling emerald waters from both the living room and the spacious main bedroom BOTH of which have access to the large, private balcony. Beautiful, comfortable, coastal décor throughout. This outstanding 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit with a Bunk Room has a designated, covered parking space close to the elevator. The living room features a queen size sleeper sofa and a 58” smart TV. There are also flat screen TV’s in each bedroom. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops make cooking a gulf-front dream!

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 2 double beds, 3rd bedroom with bunk beds, NO CLOSET IN THIS ROOM. Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 8

Very nice condo and great beach experience. Only concern was cleanliness of condo. The floors weren’t clean, glasses and silverware were smudged, and floors were very sandy and dirty. Everything had to be cleaned after we arrived. Aside from having to clean when we got there, it was a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

We chose it because of the excellent experience we had the first time we stayed there. In all, our experience was good this time as well, but the cleanliness didn’t meet our expectations.Upon arriving we found the floors filthy. I mean been there one hour and our feet were black filthy. Also one toilet wasn’t cleaned, and all flat surfaces were smudged and sticky. Later we discovered all the cooking ware was greasy requiring us to re-wash everything we were going to use before use.This was very disappointing. I know your checkout requirements expect the outgoing guest to perform some minimal cleaning tasks, but it is the responsibility of the facility management to ensure high cleanliness standards are met prior to arrival of the next guests. Considering that each guest pays $150 for departing cleaning, there is absolutely no reason why we should have arrived to find the unit that dirty.

This property was well maintained and in a great location. The only complaint I have was it was not the most spotless unit we have stayed in. I believe they were running behind that day on cleaning as we were not able to check in right at 4 . The floors were wet when we arrived, but they were very dirty. All of our feet were black and my sons legs and arms were black form playing with his toys on the floor so I believe they just did a spot job with water. We wore shoes inside all week and everything was fine other than that.

The condo was as pictured, beds were comfortable, decor tasteful, and kitchen was better equipped than most we have stayed at so far. Plenty of room plus some for our family of 3. Appreciated the over-sized showers. Very close to the elevators and very short walk to the pool and beach access. Our only complaint would be the cleanliness - which is out of character for B&S - it seems the floors were completely forgotten: sand (and lots of it!) everywhere and sticky spots throughout the condo floor, along with the master bath countertop. The condo otherwise was clean and well-maintained. The property had employees cleaning the pool, walkways, trash, etc daily. Overall, we would return!
