A estadia foi bem tranquila , casa muito boa .

Íamos em um grupo maior, houve desistência no final, mas foi td tranquilo. Devo dizer que senti falta de alguns utensílios como; toalha de pratos, jarra, pirex, travesseiros, haviam muitos copos de plástico. O espaço gourmet é impecável, maravilhoso, mas fui no inverno, fiquei mais nos espaços internos . Mas a experiência foi muito boa .

A casa é ótima.

A casa é grande e espaçosa. O proprietário é atencioso e confiável. A casa tem 3 quartos e não 4 conforme anúncio. Estava na dúvida entre outros imóveis, aluguei este devido aos quartos, mas fiquei decepcionado quando cheguei e percebi que não haviam 4 quartos e sim 3 quartos. Outro detalhe é que sofremos muito com os vizinhos que são muito barulhentos, som muito alto até 3 ou 4 horas da madruga.

Utilizei na Páscoa de 2017. Não houve nenhuma dor de cabeça do início ao fim. Tudo conforme combinado. Houve auxílio do locador quando solicitado.

Se está a procura de uma casa com espaços bem amplos, confortáveis e além de tudo isso uma excelente hospitalidade por parte dos proprietários, está visualizando o anúncio certo! Fomos muito bem recebidos e amamos a casa, tudo em perfeito estado e limpo! Próximo a praia do morro e dá acesso fácil também a outras praias que visitamos (Castanheiras, Peracanga, Meaipe, Setiba) Agradecemos muito ao Marcos e sua esposa pela simpatia, honestidade e rapidez para nos dar as informações necessárias. Pretendemos voltar com certeza a nós hospedar nessa casa.
