Quintessential Vermont Farmhouse located on the grounds of the stunning WINCHESTER STABLES in the lovely town of Newfane.

3 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 full baths, full kitchen, oversized Taos dining table, comfortable living room and dedicated work area! Enjoy your coffee on the front porch or take a walk down River Road.

A private tour of the Stables is available with one of the Winchester staff (subject to availability). Don't forget to visit our 2 goats, Buck and Blueberry! Feel free to access the West River at our private beach area for relaxing or swimming. Hold Harmless Waiver must be signed before entering the Winchester Stables/West River area.

**If you're interested in bringing your horses, please contact Winchester Stables directly for required health certificates**

Peaceful paradise

We were attending a wedding in Brattleboro. My pastry chef daughter needed a place with a kitchen big enough to make the wedding cake. The Farmhouse was the perfect setting. Very large kitchen, plenty of counter space and the peace and quiet needed for creativity. The farmhouse itself is very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Plenty of air conditioning that got us through an unusual heatwave Vermont was experiencing. The host is wonderful. Very communicative and responded immediately to our every need. We got a really fun tour of the horse ranch that makes this place so special. If you need a respite from the big city, this is your place. If in Vermont again, we would have no reservations about visiting Winchester Stables farm house again! Thank you!
