Spread across three inviting levels, this home features a thoughtful layout to accommodate family and friends. The first level welcomes you with a cozy bedroom and a bathroom, providing a private retreat for guests. As you ascend to the second level, you'll find the heart of the home—a spacious open-concept living area that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. The fully stocked kitchen boasts sleek all-white appliances, including a propane stove, making meal preparation a breeze. Gather around the plush sofa in the living area, where a large TV awaits for movie nights or cheering on your favorite team. We had a great time in the house. It was perfect for the nine of us. We had issues with the AC unit and they had a repairman over in less than 10 minutes .

We really enjoyed this day however I do believe that they should replace any pots and pans they have because they were so scorched we had to buy some to use. Also they still need a spatula. The house was clean the view was amazing to the pool. Even though it was a communal pool it was still not crowded. There were some major storms the night before we left so hopefully we left the house in the best condition we could.

Super cool house. Needs some work. 1 tv remote works for all 4 tvs. Down stairs shower does not have hot water. Trim missing and hole in the master bed room. Kitchen is really nice. Does not have a spatula but does have other utensils. Super easy check in and check out. Great communication and quick response when emailed. Over all a fun house.

I cannot give this home a positive review because of how basically dirty and neglected it is. I believe it was probably a nice home at one time, but it really needs some attention.When we arrived, there were holes in the doors and walls in several places throughout the home, the toilet upstairs was barely attached to the floor, one of the paintings was torn out of its frame and hanging off, several of the exterior doors in the home are unable to be opened and closed because they’re completely stuck in the frame, sliding closet doors are not on the track, there are lamps with no light bulbs, the railing on the front stairs outside is so wobbly its a safety hazard, the washing machine leaks when in use, the wifi signal is so bad that none of us could actually use it, there were several places throughout the home where something was splattered on the wall and the cleaners did not clean it up before our arrival, there was no toilet paper holder upstairs because it had been broken off the wall, the bathroom downstairs has old dirt/hair/grime on the floor and toilet, the toilet paper holder in the downstairs bathroom is completely covered in rust, many of the kitchen utensils are covered in rust, there is no spatula in the kitchen (we had to use a pie server to turn our pancakes), and most concerning of all: there is black mold in the water and ice dispenser of the refrigerator that we didn’t notice until after we’d been using it for a couple of days.
